The subscription plan requires a 12-month commitment, after which it continues on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime after the first 12 months. Please note, if you cancel, the website will no longer be yours (as allowing this would be unsustainable for us!).
-
All that's required is signing a new 12-month contract.
-
If you cancel before the 12 months are up, you'll be responsible for paying the full cost of the site ($3000), minus any payments you've already made. We prioritize long-term relationships with our clients and seek partners who share that same commitment.
-
All invoices come with a 7-day grace period for payment. After this period, a $25 late fee will be applied. If you're on a subscription and have multiple overdue invoices that remain unpaid for months, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, and you'll be responsible for the full cost of the site. While we are generally flexible and understanding of unique situations, we do expect clear communication. If there is a lack of response or communication, we must take necessary steps to ensure we are compensated for our work and time.
-
We send invoices via email through Square, which includes a link to a secure page for entering payment information. Subscriptions can be paid with a credit or debit card, and we accept all major credit cards. For lump sum projects, payments are made via ACH bank transfer to reduce processing fees. Please note, we do not accept checks or money orders.
-
The $100 fee per additional page is a one-time charge, not recurring. So if you need 3 extra pages, it’s a one-time fee of $300—no monthly charges. That would be crazy, right?
-
When you sign a contract, whether for a lump sum or subscription, if we’re unable to design something you’re completely happy with and you decide not to move forward, we’ll refund whatever you’ve paid to get started. However, once we begin building the site, no refunds will be issued. After that, any refunds will be at our discretion.

Yes, subscriptions are ongoing. After the 12-month minimum, you’ll continue to pay monthly. Typically, it takes us 2-3 years to earn what we would have with a lump sum payment for the site. Ideally, we aim to have long-term clients, around 5 years, to make this model financially sustainable. By that point, the website will be delivering more than $150 a month in value, essentially paying for itself. We hope our clients continue to see the value in the work we do and choose to maintain the subscription, so we can keep delivering high-quality service.

No, there is no buyout price to stop paying on the monthly package. As noted in another question, it takes 2-3 years including hosting fees to make what we would have made on a lump sum site. We have this rule because subscriptions really only work out financially if a client stays for 5+ years to be beneficial enough to wait that long for payment. It’s not feasible to be waiting 2 years or so for full payment on every site and then have to replace that monthly subscription. It’s much more beneficial to have just been paid in full up front from the start. We also rely on this monthly recurring income for consistent and reliable income so we don’t have to sell sell sell every month to pay the bills and we can spend more time working on our clients sites and spending time on their support calls and emails. Doing this allows us to be more hands on with our clients and provide a better service than any other agency. So if we had clients buying out of their subscriptions every month, we’d end up having to sell moNo, there is no buyout option for stopping the monthly subscription. As mentioned earlier, it takes 2-3 years, including hosting fees, to earn what we would have made from a lump sum payment. This structure exists because subscriptions only work financially if clients stay for 5+ years, which makes it worthwhile for us to wait that long for payment. Waiting 2 years for full payment on each site, only to replace that subscription, isn’t sustainable. It’s far more beneficial for us to receive payment upfront.
We also rely on this monthly recurring income for financial stability, allowing us to focus more on client support and site improvements, rather than constantly chasing new sales. This model helps us provide a more personalized, high-quality service that stands out from larger agencies. If clients were allowed to buy out of subscriptions every month, we'd have to constantly replace lost income, which would ultimately reduce the level of service we can offer. Our goal is to maintain consistent, high-quality support without the constant need for new sales.re and more to replace that income and the model begins to break down, and then so does our service.

Yes! We offer an unlimited edits and support add-on for $50 per month. This comes with a 12-month minimum commitment. It’s not something that can be turned on and off month-to-month. If you decide to cancel, and later want to reinstate the service, you’ll need to sign a new 12-month commitment.

The main difference comes down to long-term versus short-term costs. With a subscription, you'll make smaller, more manageable monthly payments over time, but overall, it will cost more in the long run. The lump sum payment, on the other hand, covers everything upfront, saving you money over time since you’re paying for the design and development in one go. When choosing between the two, it all depends on your cash flow and your goals—whether you prefer a lower upfront cost with ongoing service (monthly) or prefer to pay upfront and save money in the long run without needing ongoing services.

Yes, you always own your domain. We believe in transparency—no hostage situations here!
-
Absolutely! It might sound biased coming from us, but effective SEO truly works—especially in competitive markets. To rank on the front page against companies with hundreds of pages, backlinks, and keywords, you need a solid strategy. SEO isn't a quick fix; it’s a long-term investment that can take 6-12 months to show its full impact.
-
Nope, that's not how it works! Unless your site is featured in major publications like the New York Times, you’re not going to be at the top of search results in a month. You'll likely get calls from spammers promising to rank your site #1 in just a few months, but remember—if it were that easy and guaranteed, we'd all be #1. Smaller markets may be quicker to rank, but ultimately, it’s all up to Google. We can do everything right, but the speed at which your site ranks depends on Google’s algorithms and the competition in your area. We have plenty of case studies from current clients who are seeing great success, and we’d be happy to share how long it took them to see results.

In a nutshell, content is the core of SEO. Your website content should directly address the questions your potential clients have. This approach achieves two key outcomes: users see you as an expert and reach out for your services, and Google recognizes your site’s authority, boosting your rankings. With extensive experience in crafting successful content strategies for various businesses, our SEO expert is equipped to do the same for you.

SEO is a long-term strategy and investment that requires patience. The results don't happen overnight, and typically, we recommend allowing 6-12 months to see the full benefits of our campaigns—though sometimes, improvements can occur sooner. However, it won’t be an instant success. Achieving top rankings takes time and consistent effort. Your competition likely has websites that have been around for 10+ years, building trust and authority with Google over time. Starting with a new site means we need to gradually establish that same trust. You can’t just demand attention from Google and expect to replace well-established competitors right away. Our goal is to build your site’s authority with Google so, over time, you can rise to the top and surpass others in your industry.

Typically, we complete a website from start to finish within 2-4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly clients provide the content and images we request, as well as the availability of our designers and developers. While it can sometimes be completed in 2 weeks, the process typically takes around 3 weeks.
-
No, because if that were the case, everyone would do it, and we'd go out of business! However, you do keep your domain and all assets.
-
Yes, absolutely. We don’t hold onto your domain. Even if we purchased it for you, when you cancel your subscription, we’ll transfer the domain to you.
-
Nope! Everything we create is built with custom, hand-written code—no page builders involved. This is what sets us apart from the rest; we invest the time and effort to do things the right way, and it’s evident in the quality of our work and the lasting impact it has on our clients' online presence after launch.
-
Our custom-coded sites offer enhanced security, faster load times, better maintainability, and lower costs. They’re easier to customize and have less bloat since we don’t rely on plugins for every little feature. Plus, you won’t need to worry about constant updates like with WordPress, where failure to update can leave your site vulnerable to hackers or redirects to shady sites.
To elaborate on security: our custom sites don’t rely on databases, so there’s nothing for hackers to target. Unlike traditional platforms that are constantly under threat, our sites are inherently more secure with no easy entry points for attackers. No matter how hard they try, there’s nothing for them to break into. -
